Cookies
Pixify Studio sets three small cookies of its own, and one optional set of cookies from an analytics service, only if you say yes.
The cookies Studio needs to work
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
krt_session |
Keeps you signed in after you open your sign-in link. | Up to 14 days from your last visit, at most 30 days from signing in. |
krt_csrf |
A security token that proves a change was made from your own browser and not by a page somewhere else. | The same as krt_session. |
krt_consent |
Remembers the choice you make about analytics, below. | One year if you accept, half a year if you choose only necessary cookies. |
These are necessary for the service and need no consent. None of them is used to follow you anywhere else.
Analytics, only if you accept
With your say-so, Studio loads PostHog, a product analytics service hosted in the EU. It tells us which pages and features are used and where people get stuck, under your account number so that we can follow one person's way through Studio. PostHog is not given your name or your email address. Studio does not record your screen, and PostHog never receives your photos, your titles, descriptions or keywords, or the names of your files.
PostHog sets its own cookies (named ph_...) on the pixify.io domain for
up to a year. They are set only after you choose Accept analytics in the
bar at the foot of the page. Choose Only necessary and nothing of this
runs; the bar does not ask again for half a year.
You can change your mind at any time: in Studio, go to Settings, Cookies,
and choose again. Deleting the krt_consent cookie in your browser has the
same effect.
Cookies set by other services on their own pages
- Stripe, when you add a card or buy credits. Those pages are Stripe's, and Stripe's own cookie notice applies there. Studio never sees your card number.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, the small check on the sign-up page that tells people from scripts. It may set a cookie for that check alone.
